How heavy is the beach chair?
It depends on the product and configuration. See each product page for details, or call or email us and we'll give you exact numbers.
Does it recline?
Yes — the back reclines to four positions, from fully upright to nearly flat. The mechanism is a smooth stainless ratchet; you can adjust it without getting up.
Can I leave my chair on the beach overnight?
The chair is built for sun, salt, and rain. That said, we recommend bringing it in during storms and not leaving it in direct sun for weeks on end. Daily beach use is exactly what it's designed for.
What are the weight limits?
The Beach Chair is rated to 250 lbs.
Do you offer custom colors?
For wholesale orders of 100+ chairs, yes — we offer custom canvas colors and co-branding. Individual orders can choose from the fabric colors shown on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days via ground shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What if my chair arrives damaged?
Document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
Is the canvas waterproof?
Water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Our marine canvas beads and sheds water extremely well, and it dries in under 15 minutes. Sitting in a downpour will eventually wet through — but that's true of any canvas.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the contiguous US only. Contact us for international shipping inquiries — we occasionally accommodate large orders.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. Replacement canvas, pivot hardware, armrests, and varnish are all available directly from us. Email or call with your chair's configuration and we'll get you what you need.
