Return Policy

Full-price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Items must be returned in the condition they were delivered, with all parts. We may deny a refund if a return doesn't meet these requirements.

Contact us first at email us or call us with your order number. We'll confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Please don't ship an item back before you hear from us.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we made a shipping error.

Items damaged in transit are handled separately: see Damaged in Transit on our Shipping & Returns page. Defects are covered by our Warranty.
