Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, carrier, and order size. We ship within the contiguous US via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom color or configuration orders may take 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited options are available at checkout. Freight delivery is arranged for commercial orders over 10 chairs.

Full-price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery; sale items can't be returned. Contact us first to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a shipping error. Full details are in our Return Policy.

If your chair arrives damaged, document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
