Limited Warranty

New Wave Chair Company, doing business as New Wave Chair Co., provides a manufacturer's defect warranty on New Wave products bought new from newwavechairco.com. It lasts 1 year from delivery and covers only the defects listed below.

If a covered defect appears during that period, we will repair or replace the affected part or product, at our option.

This warranty applies to both residential and commercial/rental use, including rental fleets of chairs and umbrellas.

• Knots in the wood that cause a defect in the frame or pole.
• Issues with the hardware.

Nothing else is covered by this warranty.

• Normal wear and tear.
• The spar varnish finish, including its weathering or wear.
• Fabric, stitching, and seams.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, storms, or modifications.
• Products not bought new from us or an authorized seller.

Contact us first, within the warranty period, at email us or call us with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us: many claims can be resolved without the product being returned.

If a return or replacement shipment is needed, shipping costs on warranty claims are paid by the customer.

This warranty is not transferable: it covers the original purchaser only. Keep your original order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Repair or replacement as described above is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
